On October 18, an open lesson was held on the topic “The position of women in society” with 3rd year students of the specialty “Geodesy and Cartography” of the Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics based on the goal of gender equality in sustainable development.

        The open lesson took the form of a discussion among students on a pressing issue of our time. This open lesson discussed in detail the current status of women in society, including equal opportunities in education, employment and politics. We looked at stereotypes associated with women and their impact on the status of women in society.
