The sustainable development of the future society is based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. They solve global problems of humanity, including quality education in many areas. Therefore, we know that the 17 UN goals are closely interconnected and that it is important for us to keep up with other countries and achieve them by 2030.

      For this purpose, 1st year students (1st, 2nd, 3rd groups) of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management, Faculty of Geoinformatics and Environmental Management, Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics were explained the future needs of education and science.

      Purpose of the lesson: It is not just about teaching students dry knowledge, it is about imparting good education along with knowledge. Creating conditions for students to become citizens and patriots of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to prove themselves, to become future professionals, and to achieve professional, intellectual and social creativity.

      The first thing a person needs is not education, but upbringing. Knowledge provided without education is the enemy of humanity, which in the future can lead to the death of a person. We reminded our students of the hostel rules with the Code of Honor of KazNU and formed everyday habits, such as respect for teachers and good behavior in class. In addition, subjects taught over 2 semesters were introduced. At the same time, we remembered academic politics.
