The Department of the Far East of the Faculty of Oriental Studies hosted an International Seminar on the topic: The Study of International Marriages in Japan. In the seminar, Kim Victoria, Associate Professor of Osaka University, Faculty of Humanities, presented her recently released book "The Politics of International Marriages in Japan", published by Rutgers University Press (USA), as well as spoke about the specifics of research in Japan and publication of works in international journals and publishing houses. . The symposium was attended by undergraduates, doctoral students and teaching staff of the Department of the Far East.
