On November 10, 2020, at 12 o'clock Almaty time, on the ZOOM platform, by the initiative of the Faculty of Philology and World Languages and the Deaprtment of Kazakh Linguistics, the outstanding philologist of the Republic of Kazaskhtan, professor, Amir Rakhysh Satuly delivered the lecture for the faculty teachers and students. The lecture topic was Acquiring philological competence in accordance with the needs of modern society.

The lecture delivered by Professor Amir Rakhysh Satula was devoted to the preparation of a future philologist in conditions of the modern labor market. Professor Amir Rakhysh Satuly presented in his lecture the main qualities that a future philologist should possess in order to occupy a worthy niche in the modern world and to be in demand in the labor market. This lecture can be considered relevant and useful, since in today's conditions, future philologists do not always manage to find a job in their specialty.
