22 students of specialties "heat power Engineering" and "technical Physics" KazNU. al-Farabi, who studied during the semester, received the necessary skills and increased the level of knowledge in the direction of"thermal physics" (ITMO), thereby improving the quality of scientific research, transformation in the academic environment, studied the culture of etradations of the neighboring state.Currently, on the basis of the curriculum for the 2017-2018 academic year, specialty "Standardization, certification and Metrology (industry)", compiled by the two leading universities, the faculty of technical management and innovation during the autumn semester 13 students study, and in the spring semester are scheduled to be trained 7студентов.In addition, the joint educational program of the KazNU.al-Farabi and ITMO "Audit and certification of quality" in 2016 were 3 undergraduates, in 2017 - 5 undergraduates.Teams of departments of ITMO and KazNU named after al-Farabi are active in the local research work. Research of departments is research of various areas of theory and practice of management of thermal processes, identification of existing problems and developingpaths of their solutions. Leading professors and associate professors of the departments of both universities are heads of research in each direction.
