Article "Seven Facets of the Great Steppe" Discussed at the Far East Department

The first-year students of the Japanese Studies Department,of the Far East Department, under the guidance of the curator-adviser, took part in a curatorial hour devoted to the discussion of the article by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe”. During the curatorial hour, students discussed the relevance of the article, expressed their opinion that the younger generation should meaningfully understand its origins, national history in all complexity and depth, and that every citizen of Kazakhstan should be proud of a country with such a rich history. Students freely shared their thoughts and discussed in detail the content of the article.

In his article, the President comprehensively described the national history of the country, emphasizing the mores, traditions and way of life of the people of the Great Steppe.
