The International Congress "Blishchenkov Readings", in which approximately 400 lawyers and scientists from more than 40 higher educational institutions of Russia and other countries take part. This year the congress took place on April 14, 2018 in the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RFU) and was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the 25th anniversary of the Vienna Declaration and Program of Action and the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
