Students of Allameh Tabataba’i University learn Kazakh language

On 24 October, the first lesson in the Kazakh language was held with the participation of students from the Turkic languages department of Allame Tabatabai University. The first lecture in online format was officially opened by the Head of the Department of. Allameh Tabataba’i University PhD M. Rezai and Head of the Department of Irnaistics PhD B. Batyrkhan, who expressed confidence that students will demonstrate good results in the study of Kazakh language at this course. Kazakh language courses for Iranian students will be led by Gulbakyt, Senior Lecturer of the Middle East and South Asia Department of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, PhD Kudaibergenova and second year doctoral student Zhetpisbaeva Kaluash. In the first lesson, senior lecturer Gulbakyt told students about the Kazakh language, its writing and history, and introduced students to the textbook on studying Kazakh as a foreign language. Having acquainted students with the structure of the textbook, G. Kudaibergenova began teaching Kazakh from the alphabet. More than 50 students take an active part in the course. At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate.
