On April 15, 2024, a career guidance meeting with students of the Faculty of Pre-university Training was organized at the Department of the Middle East and South Asia of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of KazNU within the framework of the program of the item "Quality Education" of the Sustainable Development Goals project. During the meeting, Deputy Dean for Methodological and Educational Work of the Faculty of Oriental Studies Amirbekova U.A., Head of the Department of the Middle East and South Asia Kokeyeva D. M., senior adviser of the Faculty Eslyamgariyev A.A. warmly welcomed the students and introduced them to the life of the faculty. It was also explained that each educational program taught at the faculty has its own specifics. Detailed information was provided on in-depth study at the Faculty of educational programs "Oriental Studies", "Translation (Oriental languages)", "Foreign Philology (Oriental languages)" and "Regional Studies (Eastern countries)" in Arabic, Persian, Hindi, Urdu, Turkish, Chinese, Korean and Japanese departments, as well as information about the training of competitive qualified specialists corresponding to today's market.
