Director of the Center for Arabic Studies Ye. K. Shokai at the international scientific and practical conference in Egypt
An international scientific and practical conference dedicated to Oriental scholar, academician Absattar Derbisali "Contribution of academician, Sheikh Absattar Derbisali to the development of Islamic culture in independent Kazakhstan" was held in Cairo. The conference on the banks of the Nile, dedicated to the memory of the life path and merits of the famous scientist, public figure, academician Absattar Derbisali, was attended by Senior lecturer of the Department of Middle East and South Asia of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Director of the Center for Arabic Studies Ye. K. Shokai, who addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech on behalf of the Rector of the University, Zh. K. Tuimebayev.
