On February 24, 2023, teachers of the Department of the Middle East and South Asia of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Ph.D. Kambarbekova Galiya and PhD Bokuleva Bota organized a meeting with students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemical and Biological direction and teachers of the history in Almaty. During the meeting, the students were given a leadership lecture «Information about the Kazakh Khanate in Persian sources». The students were interested in new sources related to the history of Kazakhstan, asked a lot of interesting questions. The students who asked interesting questions and showed activity were presented with children's books translated from Persian. Rare books were handed over to the school library.

The meeting was organized by the students of community «Sunkar» and curator Kuzembayeva Aigerim Boranbayeva. On behalf of the director of the school, G. B. Munkeeva, within the framework of the project «service to society», faculty teachers were presented with a letter of thanks for their contribution to the spiritual and intellectual development of the younger generation.
