By the invitation of the Adam Mickiewicz University (Republic of Poland) Doctor of Law Zabikh Sholpan Arapbaykizi (Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law of the Faculty of Law) took part as a speaker in the 2nd International e-Conference "The world in the age of pandemic and post-pandemic period" period), which took place on April 22-23, 2021 in on-line mode (Zoom) with a live broadcast on YouTube.

This event brought together 170 scientists from different countries, including Great Britain, Germany, Poland, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine and other states. The participants focused on the urgent problem of combating coronavirus and the changed world during the pandemic, as well as the development of states in the post-pandemic period.
In her speech, Sholpan Arapbaykyzy highlighted the issue of international and national legislation in the context of a pandemic to ensure economic and social stability in Kazakhstan. Within the framework of this large-scale conference, during two days, interesting and informative reports were made, such as: "New educational practices during a pandemic: pros and cons", "Socio-political agenda of the future: trends and prospects", "Corporate social responsibility of business: trends and prospects ”,“ Transformation of Social Communication in Pandemic ”,“ Post-pandemic political leadership: challenge and practice ”and others. Also, an exchange of views took place between the participants - scientists and recommendations were developed.
