The opening of the year al-Farabi started in KazNU!
On January 29, 2020, an official ceremony was held at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University devoted to begin the celebration of the 1150th anniversary of Abu Nasr al-Farabi.
The state secretary Krymbek Kusherbayev, the Minister of Education and Science Askhat Aymagambetov, the Minister of Culture and Sports Aktoty Raimkulova, the mayor of Almaty Bakytzhan Sagintayev, government and public figures, representatives of the UN and UNESCO, the OIC took part in the ceremony. The staff of the Faculty of Law also took an active part.
