2nd year students of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, on the initiative of Sveta Kydyrbekovna Berdibaeva, Honorary Member of the Professional Psychological League, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor, completed a project of independent work on the topic “I love the WORLD” on the subject “Psychology of sensation, perception and attention”.

As part of the project, students, as future psychologists, conducted interviews with people with various diseases. The study, in particular, involved people with cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, with impaired cognitive abilities, that is, people with visual and hearing impairments.

Students shared their impressions of the research: “This task gave us a lot of information and knowledge that a true psychologist would need in the future, and we gained valuable experience. We have been working on this project with great interest and enthusiasm for our work. We also learned about the importance of group work in completing assignments. We express our gratitude to Sveta Kydyrbekovna Berdibaeva”.
