Psychological trainings in the framework of the "Other You" project from World Class Almaty
Krasmik Yulia Nikolaevna, PhD student of the Department of General and Applied Psychology of Al-Farabi KazNU, in order to popularize and develop sports in Kazakhstan, as well as to introduce citizens of Kazakhstan to a healthy lifestyle, conducted two psychological trainings using art therapy tools as part of the "Other You" project from World Class Almaty:
- Emotional Intelligence in Life and Sport – March 16, 2023;
- Self-regulation techniques in life and in sports – March 27, 2023.
