The Faculty of "Philosophy and Political Science" of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University together with the department of "General and Applied Psychology" 1st year undergraduates of the faculty and undergraduates of 1-2 courses of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov held an open seminar at the international and interuniversity level.

  The open seminar was held on the basis of the subject "Psychology of management", taught in the master's program with the theme "Psychological aspects of corporate culture and the psychology of egoism" in offline and online format.

  The organizer of the open seminar is the teacher of the subject "Management Psychology", professor of the department of «General and Applied Psychology», doctor of psychology S.K. Berdybaeva.

  Kazakh and foreign scientists took part in the seminar at the international and interuniversity level, in particular, the clinical psychologist of the «Reinhardshöhe» Rehabilitation Clinic from Germany, Dr. Phd Garber Alena, the psychiatrist of the «Marzoeki Mahdi» Psychiatric Hospital from Indonesia Prasetiyavan Dayat, Associate Professor of the Samara State Social and Pedagogical University of Russia, candidate of psychological sciences Ivanov D.V. and candidate of psychological sciences, dean of the social and humanitarian faculty of the Kyrgyz National University named after Yusup Balasagun - Kamchybekuulu Myrzabek.

  In addition, participated and shared their experience the Vice-Rector of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T.   At the seminar, undergraduates from two higher educational institutions successfully defended their projects on the psychology of corporate culture and egoism. At the same time, author's research programs, socio-psychological videos and interviews were presented.

  Intellectual dialogues of undergraduates, protected author's presentation projects were very attractive, interesting and contained a large amount of educational and informational content.

  At the end of the program, undergraduates of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov held a small concert where they showed their talents and training at the highest level.
