Report of the Republican Round Table on the topic "The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Human Psyche: Recommendations of Psychologists"
On February 1, 2022, at 11.00 (Nur-Sultan time), the Republican Round Table "The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Human Psyche: Recommendations of Psychologists" was held. Kudaibergenova S.K. and Aliyeva J.M. spoke at the event. They told what the main threats to mental health brought the pandemic, their causes and possible consequences, as well as modern studies regarding the direct and indirect impact of COVID-19 on the human psyche. Of particular interest to participants were the questions of practical psychological recommendations to overcome the negative consequences of the pandemic. All participants expressed a desire to continue to discuss pressing theoretical and practical problems of psychology in this format.
