On February 17, 2021 the senior teacher of the Russian Philology and World Literature of the Faculty of Philology, Kakisheva N.T. together with the 2nd year students of the Faculty of Information Technologies of the specialty "Actuarial Mathematics" held an event dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the birth of the great public figure and educator, Alikhan Bukeikhanov.

Alikhan Bukeikhanov stood at the origins of the creation of the public movement and the "Alash" party. The Alash Party (1917-1920) is a Kazakh party, ideologically aligned with the Cadet Party.

It existed for 1000 days, the chairman of the party was Alikhan Bukeikhanov. The official organ of the party was the Kazakh newspaper. In 2018, the historical drama "Tar Zaman" was released, dedicated to the famous public figures of the "Alash" party (A. Baitursynov, A. Bokeikhanov, M. Shokai, M. Dulatov, etc.). The film was directed by Murat Bidesov.
