On December 18, 2020, within the framework of the English club "Lingua" on the ZOOM platform, the senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Aisultanova K.A. held an event dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the birth of the great poet and educator, Abai Kunanbayev. The event topic was Abay's heritage is a beacon of the nation's spirituality .During the event, the analysis of Abai's creativity was carried out to arouse the interest of Kazakhstani youth in the literature of their people . The 1st year students of the specialty "Psychology", Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science participated in the event. The students showed videos and slideshows about Abai’s heritage, which included songs and melodies of the great poet.
