Every year on December 1, citizens of Kazakhstan celebrate the Day of the First President. On November 30, 2020 in honor of the national holiday Associate Professor of Faculty of Philology and World Languages within the Foreign Languages Department of KazNU, ​​U.B. Adilbaeva had organized and conducted an educational event within the framework of the project “Brighten your corner where you are at”.

First year students of the Faculty of Information Technologies attended the event and made online presentations dedicated to the Day of the First President in English language. The purpose of this event was to give students the opportunity to make reports in English about the first president. Students presented materials about N.A. Nazarbayev’s life, work path, contributions to the development of Kazakhstan, showed the Elbasy’s versatile personality.
