On September 24, 2020 the first meeting of the members of «Song lovers» English club took place in the ZOOM platform. Mussanova G.A, one of the leaders of the club, senior teacher of the department of foreign languages of the faculty of philology and foreign languages, organized the educational event with the 1^st year students of specialty 6B04205- "Jurisprudence “of the Faculty of Law from Kazakh department within “Song livers” English club. The students sang the song "Believer" by Imagine Dragons, made the presentation about the song author, discussed the content of the song and did grammatical analysis of the song lyrics. All the students received a great pleasure from the participation in the event; at the end of the webinar they sang the song “Beliver”. The evening passed in a warm and friendly atmosphere. 20 students participated in this event. “The English Club of Song Lovers” brings together students who are eager to improve their English language comptence. Club membership is free for students.
