On November 14, 2019, the teachers of the Faculty of Philology and World Languages: Associate Professor Muldagaileva A.A., the candidate of philological sciences, Okusheva G.T. and the senior teacher Zhirenshina K.A. held an event dedicated to the life and the oeuvre of the great Kazakh enlightener and writer Abay Kunanbaev. The first-year students prepared interesting presentations in English and German on the topic: Abay Kunanabaev’s Life and Creative Career. The students recited the poems of the great poet in English, German, Kazakh, and Russian. The event was completed with a song with the lyrics by Abay. The students performed the song in Turkmen, Kazakh, Russian, English and Uzbek. The event The students from the Republic of Turkmenistan were the participants of the event.
