On November 8, 2022, from 14.30 p.m to 15.30 p.m the second meeting of the “English Club of Song Lovers" took place. The meeting of the club was held in accordance with the plan for 2022-2023 academic year with the participation of club members and organized by the head of the club, senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages G.A. Musanova. The meeting of the English club was devoted to the topic "Favorite songs of our time". The participants of the club were 1st year students of the Faculty of Law.

The head of the club, senior lecturer Musanova G. A. made a welcoming speech to the participants of the event. The club meeting was held in English language. During the meeting of the club, first of all, presentations and reports of the students of the event on their favorite songs Students provided a lot of useful information about the personal life of their famous singers and about Michael Jackson, his achievements in the field of music, his songs and popular albums.

     The students sang Michael Jackson's song “We Are The World" together at the club meeting, discussed the content of the song, and also conducted a grammatical and lexical analysis of the song. Students of the Club Kuandykov Arystan, Sultanbekova Sabina, Abenov Adil made a poster about the singer's autobiography and achievements in the field of music, gave a lot of interesting details. And students Dastanuly Ualikhan and Issabaev Zhanibek analyzed the grammar and vocabulary of this song. At the end of the club meeting, the students once again sang the song "We Are The World" together. The club meeting was held in an interesting way. The preparation of students on the topic of the event was also very good.
