On May 18 2021, at 14.00 N. T. Edrenova , the senior lecturer of the Department of Russian Philology together with students of the specialty "Russian language and literature" held an educational event : "Olzhas Suleimenov. Life and literary work."

     Aims of the curatorial hour were to

- To introduce the students to O. Suleimenov’s biographical information and work of .

- To develop feelings of interconnection with the world and the realization that "I" is a part of the Universe.

- To develop speech, critical thinking, learn to draw conclusions and conclusions after reading and hearing.

- To cultivate interest, love and respect for national culture, roots and traditions.
