Department of Informatics of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics held an open curatorial hour on the topic "Bolasha- energosy" EXPO-2017.Purpose: Meet students with the history of EXPO exhibitions. Education of Kazakhstan's patriotism, propaganda of the role of Kazakhstan in the implementation of the theme of EXPO-2017. Expanding the horizons of students.For Kazakhstan, the theme "Energy of the Future" was proposed by Kazakhstan for EXPO-2017 organization in Astana. The topic reflects the most urgent for mankind problem of rational use of energy resources, and its solution becomes a strategic task for many countries. The theme is based on solving problems of a global scale, such as lack of access to electricity and reducing poverty. The world needs new ways of development - the "green" economy and environmentally safe development. Kazakhstan, in spite of rich sources of raw materials for energy production, shares common interests and aspirations with other countries. The risks of depletion of traditional energy sources are great, and the consequences of their use are disastrous for the environment.
