"English through culture"
April 16, 2021 senior lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Philology, Aliyarova L.M. and Khalenova A.R. held an online event on the topic "The most popular sport in the UK and the USA" within the framework of the "English through culture" club. The purpose of the event was to develop the language skills of students through an introduction to the most popular sports in the UK and England. The students shared the information about the history and popularity of different types of sports among the world community, as well as about their characteristics and rules.
