March 8 - International Women's Day celebrated in many countries around the world. Kazakhstan is not excluded from this list. Historically, in 1910  at the conference of socialist women in Copenhagen, by Clara Zetkin’s initiative, it was decided to celebrate March 8 as an International Women's Day. After 1914, this day became known as Women's Day in many countries. The Republic of Kazakhstan also pays a special attention to this holiday, and on this day festive events are organized in all regions. In our modern society, a woman is not only a person who cares about the well-being of the family, but also a member of society who is actively involved in life and political issues. Therefore, the country pays a special attention to the social protection of women and raising their standard of living.

In Kazakhstan, this day is a day off. Many organizations hold celebrations for women. In this regard, the students of the group congratulated the ladies of the group and their teacher, told about the history of the holiday, sang songs and played the dombra. At the end of the lesson, they presented their games. The lesson was very impressive.
