"Kazakhstan's Day of the Unity”

April 29, 2021 senior lecturers of the chair of foreign languages of the faculty of philology and world languages al-Farabi Kazakh National University Aliyarova L.M., Khalenova A.R. held an online event on the topic " The Day of the Unity of the Peoples of Kazakhstan”. On May 1, Kazakhstan celebrates one of the kindest and brightest holidays - the Day of the Unity of the Peoples of Kazakhstan. This is a holiday of friendship, understanding and harmony, which are so necessary for a peaceful life in a country where more than 150 nations and nationalities live. The large family of Kazakhstan includes Kazakhs, Uzbeks, Russians, Ukrainians, Germans, Koreans, Uighurs, Kyrgyz, Chinese, Jews, Armenians, Georgians and many, many other nationalities. Each of these peoples is unique in its own way, but together on the territory of our Republic they are one friendly people. And this is the meaning of the May Day holiday. Students of the faculty of philology and world languages presented colorful information on the history, traditions, culture and life of the peoples of the republic in the form of a presentation. The main goal of the event was to educate the younger generation of patriotism, the formation of spiritual and moral qualities, civil and human relations to each other, as well as the ability to live in friendship, love and harmony in our multinational Kazakhstan
