The Ph.D. students of Kazakh National University had the opportunity to attend the symposium titled "Internationalization of Higher Education."

Following the symposium, they actively participated in discussions led by professors from the USA, engaging with various thought-provoking topics.

During the session, the discussions revolved around three main themes:

  1. Global Partnership (led by Catherine Solheim)
  2. Virtual Collaboration (led by Irene Duranczyk and Catherine Clements)
  3. Engagement of Local and International Communities (led by Andrew Furco and John Vreyens)

In Session 2, the Ph.D. students had the chance to delve deeper into these topics through interactive discussion sessions facilitated by the professors. These sessions provided a platform for exchanging ideas, sharing insights, and exploring the significance of global cooperation and community engagement in shaping the landscape of higher education.
