The meeting of graduates of different years, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence and the 1000th anniversary of the city of Almaty,

Will be held in the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on 28 May at 10:30 a.m. University is rightly regarded as the gold cradle of the independence of our state.

       In celebration of this important public events, community educators, students and graduates of the KazNU launched the idea of ​​creating the architectural complex "Mangilik El" in the territory the student campus. His key compositional units are Arch of students and graduates "Mangilik el" and monumental composition "Temirқazyқ" and square with a fountain and "Taikazan".

This project has attracted a lot of positive response in wide circles of graduates who expressed a desire to carry out construction of the complex on the basis of voluntary contributions.

The  holiday will begin with the solemn laying of the first stone and a capsule with the text appeals to descendants on the basis of the foundation of the Arc de Triomphe students and graduates "Mangilik el" and the presentation of the Honorary Boards patrons.

Graduates will lay flowers to the monument of the great scientist of the East Abu Nasir al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the monument of academician UA Dzholdasbekov, will hear the reports of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the RK, the President of the Association of Kazakh National University graduates, Doctor of Law, Professor, graduate of the Faculty of Law in 1981Kairat Mami, will appoint scholarships to the best students, will be presented valuable prizes to the departments, will see a film about the achievements of the Alma Mater and a festive gala concert prepared by students of the University.
          There will be held solemn meetings in the native faculties with graduates of all generations. They will visit the new library of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, academic buildings and the audience, will communicate with a new generation of students. In the evening there will be a traditional ball of graduates in the lobby of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Library.

        The meeting will be held at: Almaty, Al-Farabi, 71, Al-Farabi KazNU, Central alley of KazGUGrad, Palace of students named after W.A. Dzholdasbekov.
