1. Classify and rank current problems and prospects for the development of Turkology as a field of knowledge, its interdisciplinary communication; apply the synthesis and transformation of Turkic and interdisciplinary knowledge to solve educational, research problems.
2. Systematically evaluate a variety of studies in the field of Turkology, analyze handwritten materials of the Kypchak, Oguz and Karluk language groups using modern research methods
3. To carry out scientific design with the use of modern methods of research of monuments of ancient and medieval periods, material and non-material culture of the Turkic peoples who entered and claim to be on the UNESCO list
4. To isolate, formulate actual problems of Turkology, to solve it on the basis of scientific research methods, by attracting new archive materials and manuscripts.
5. To model and design studies of Turkic language groups, to interpret the scientific results obtained by field studies.
6. Apply theories of modern Turkic research, express and justify their position on the results of the research, put forward, argue and solve scientific problems using ancient and medieval manuscript materials;

9. Develop and create educational and research interdisciplinary research projects, develop an implementation plan, reasonably forecast scientific results and conclusions.

Systematically represent the programs of planning, organizing and implementing educational activities in certain types of studies (laboratory, practical and seminar classes) on Turkic studies in higher education organizations; demonstrate traditional and innovative educational methods and technologies of teaching Turkic disciplines.

Taking into account the linguistic (graphic, phonetic, grammatical) features of the monuments, scientific knowledge of the comparative-historical grammar of the Turkic languages is deepened.
