Upon completion of this program, it is expected that undergraduates will be able to:
1. To organize the work of the service of documentation provision of management and archival service, to advise employees of the organization on the issues of documentation provision of management and archival business;
2. Participate in the expert research in the field of archives, archeology and records management and their implementation in practice;
3. Take part in the work of the expert-verification, methodical commissions and other Advisory bodies of the archive;
4. Develop a project for creation an automated information retrieval system, participate in the preparation of technical specifications, possess the skills of data modeling;
5. Develop projects of legal acts, scientific, manuals, methodological and regulatory framework of m archival work, archeology and records management and participation in the discussions;
6. Carry out work on checking the availability of documents, their physical condition, examination of scientific value and topography;
7. Carry out management of office work in structural units. Control over the timely execution of documents and their correct execution. Establishing access to and use of information contained in documents;
8. Improve technologies of documentation support of management and archival business on the basis of use of means of automation, to create and maintain uniform (corporate) systems of documentation support of management and archival storage of documents in the organization on the basis of the latest technologies;
9. Use new modern knowledge on adaptation of traditional methods of work and presentation of archival information to the conditions of the digital environment; to apply the best foreign experience in the management of documentation and archival business, to develop new approaches and concepts of improvement of the sphere at the professional level;
10. Generate ideas, predict the results of innovation and implement large-scale changes in the field of archives and documentation management;
11. Use modern technical means and information technologies for solving analytical and research tasks;
12. Plan and methodically ensure all forms of training. Build professional relationships with colleagues and management.
