1. To demonstrate deep knowledge in the field of Kazakh language and literature, understanding the current state, trends and patterns of development of pedagogical sciences. Understanding and interpreting new theories and concepts in modern educational fields, applying methods and techniques of their research to independent scientific and methodical research. Understanding the interpretation approach in studying methods of teaching Kazakh language and literature.
2. Understanding the integrative processes in the system of pedagogical scientific knowledge, forming different directions of study of modern Kazakh literature and language, peculiarities of influence of globalization and modernization of consciousness on development of social and humanitarian science. Description of modern scientific knowledge in the field of Kazakh language and literature in the context of the historical and cultural process of literary and cultural heritage and modern scientific achievements.
3. Application of modern technologies in methodical work, taking into account the achievements of pedagogical science, trends in the development of society and national culture, the teaching and studying of Kazakh language and literature and the analysis of the knowledge system.
