Bolat Abenov, a young specialist who entered the Faculty of Physics of the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky (Russian Federation) and graduated as a national cadre in the specialty "Physics" and specialization "Automated control systems and mathematical equipment of electronic computers" in October 1975. From October 2 of the same year, he was hired as an engineer in the laboratory automated information systems of the existing Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi (KazNU). At this workplace, he went from an ordinary engineer to the position of head of the bureau for the creation and operation of internal automated control systems.In 1985, due to his qualifications, extensive industrial experience and business acumen, from September he was invited to the position of senior lecturer in the department of management theory at the university, a teaching job that he had dreamed of since childhood. Since then, the university has been providing quality education and conscious education to young people. Due to structural changes, he worked as a senior lecturer in the departments of control theory, computer science and cybernetics, computer science, differential equations and control theory, head of the educational department, twice deputy dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Mathematics, for many years the head of the department of information systems and worked as a deputy for educational work. Today he is a senior lecturer in this department.Before retiring, Bolat Kusayynuly actively participated in the implementation of scientific projects as a responsible executor, and now regularly participates in international, republican scientific-practical and educational-methodical conferences. There is a textbook on computer science for students in grades 5, 6, 8 and 11 of Kazakh-language secondary schools, about 100 scientific papers have been published in the field of mathematical theory of control and informatics and the use of computer technology, as well as methodological manuals written on this topic.Abenov B.K. at a high scientific and pedagogical level knows courses such as "Information Technology", "Algorithms and Data Structures", "System and Application Software", "Operating Systems", "Security of Operating Systems", "Database Management" gives lectures and conducts practical and laboratory classes in the subjects "Fundamentals of Information Systems", "Information Protection and Information Security", "Programming Languages".In addition, for more than 10 years he has taught computer science courses at a university college. This is due to the fact that during the transition to lifelong learning, Abenov B.K., under the guidance of the dean of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, Academician Sh. Smagulov, developed and approved the state standard and curriculum for training specialists in the specialty "Information Systems" in the college.After the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Information Systems, he held the position of Senior Curator-Advisor of the Department, was responsible for the professional orientation of the Faculty, and to this day actively participates in cultural events of the Faculty and the University. Multiple winner of competitions for artists, competitions for curators-advisers.In recognition of the persistent scientific and pedagogical activity of the teacher Bolat Kusayynuly Abenov for many years, he was awarded the prizes "Scientist of Kazakhstan", "80 years of KazNU named after. al-Farabi", "25 years of the Research Institute of Combustion at the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi”, “Scientist of Kazakhstan”, approved by the Society of Pedagogues of Kazakhstan, “20th Anniversary of Sunkar”, a diploma of the Union of Higher Education and Science of the USSR for outstanding services to society, the owner of one copyright certificate for an invention.And this year, with the support of the university administration, the veteran teacher received the highest award of KazNU - the medal "For Labor Distinction".
