On January 14, 2021, master students of the 1 st year of the educational program 7M05209 – Geoecology and management of the UNESCO Department for sustainable development in online format on the platform Microcoft Teams was held an open hour on the topic «Tauelsizdik tugyrym». 2021 marks the 30th anniversary of our independence. Sufficient time to analyze past events and plan the future of the country. This was the subject of an article by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev "Tauelsizdik barinen kymbat". After analyzing the article of the President and collecting other materials, undergraduates prepared a video presentation in which they considered the entire thirty-year path of the country's development. The purpose of such events is to awaken and strengthen patriotic feelings for the Motherland through a deep understanding of the achievements and shortcomings on the historical path of the country for the further development and building of a strong state, as well as one more reason to remember the difficult path of independence and the feat of Kazakh youth.
