On July 11, 2011, by the Decision of the Academic Council and the order of the rector of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University No. 236, it was decided to open the Beiindik mektep profile school for high school students, which is a structural unit of the pre-university education department.

   The purpose of specialized training is to determine the strategic priorities in the development of education for the formation of a national model of multi-level continuing education integrated into the world educational space.

    The main tasks of specialized training:

• the creation of an integral system of the cluster of continuous education (school-college-university), an innovative model of general secondary education, meeting the modern requirements of the reform of Kazakhstan's education;
• updating the content of educational, methodical support, differentiation of the content of training with the inclusion of university components and curricula of NIS;
• approbation of innovative developments of the university in the field of teaching methods and methodology at the levels of general secondary education;

   For a short period of formation and development, the specialized school has achieved certain success in the organization of specialized education, the main results of which are to ensure a high quality of education. In terms of the results of the UNT, positive results are shown (2012-2013 school year - 69.22%, 2013-2014 school year 89.90%). Participation of 70% of schoolchildren in district, city and republican olympiads and scientific projects, 10% of participants won prizes.

   Compiled curricula with regard to the optimization of educational programs of profile education in the social-humanitarian and natural-mathematical areas showed a qualitative increase in the development of creative and scientific abilities of students in grades 10-11.
