The main goal of the Center is to coordinate the work on organizational and methodological support procedures institutional and specialized accreditation of educational programs, national and international rankings, an indicative plan of professorial faculty, departments, faculties and university, on the improvement of education quality management.

The main objectives of the Centre are:

• monitoring of information space and the analysis of a situation in RK and abroad concerning accreditation, rating and quality management of education;
• carrying out continuous monitoring and the analysis of the best world practices of activity of leading universities concerning the external and internal mechanism of ensuring quality of education;
• search, analysis and development of recommendations about a transfer of modern methods and technologies of management of higher education institution, research and innovative processes;
• carrying out monitoring researches of quality of education;
• creation of directory base of indicative indicators of activity of university;
• the set of indicative plans of professorial faculty, chairs, faculties and continuous monitoring of the main indicators of activity of university for the purpose of definition strong and weaknesses;
• improvement of quality management system of university, improvement of process approach of the management focused on result;
• studying of criteria of the international ratings and search of ways in their compliance for an internal rating of university;
• methodical and organizational support of rating system and indicative plan of professorial faculty
