ON1. To classify theoretical and applied problems of management of natural, socio-economic and ecological geosystems of different rank and complexity at the global, regional, local, municipal levels using geographic information systems.
ON2. Assess the current state and ways of integrating geographic information systems and aerospace sensing using fundamental concepts of geographical science;
ON3. To rank the processing of geographic information and to visualize complex studies of nature, population and their interactions on various geographic information systems.
ON4. Own methods and technologies for the implementation of scientific projects and geographical research for use in various sectors of the economy;
ON5. Apply methods of geoinformation mapping and spatial analysis to solve problems to improve the quality of life of the population and urban planning.
ON6. Use statistical data to identify the main problems of nature management, as well as monitor the environment based on the analysis of geoinformation and aerospace materials using GIS;
ON7. Determine the main goals and objectives when organizing geographic research and integrating GIS into them to optimize and structure the obtained spatial data
ON8. Analyze and compare large volumes of geoinformation and aerospace data with field research materials using the methods of geographical analysis to solve design and survey, production problems;
ON9. Use the skills of working with information from various sources to solve professional problems, understand, present and critically analyze basic information in geography and geoinformatics.
ON10. Apply methods of geographic research for processing, analyzing and synthesizing geographic information.
ON11. Enter into communication in oral and written forms in Kazakh, Russian, foreign languages for interpersonal, intercultural and professional communication;
