Upon completion of this program, it is expected that undergraduates will be able to:
1. To carry out a practical and scientific analysis of the state sports policy and the corresponding prerogatives of this direction, to represent the interests of the state in the process of implementing sports and physical culture policies, to analyze legal documents for compliance with state policy,
2. Analyze and apply existing national legislation in the field of sports and physical culture, resolve legal situations in the field of sports and physical culture, provide legal support for the activities of domestic sports organizations, be able to represent their interests and analyze legal claims, be able to classify violations of domestic sports legislation;
3. Apply international sports legislation, know the principles and procedures for applying international sports legislation, resolve legal situations in the field of sports and physical culture that are allowed on the principles of international sports legislation, provide legal support for the activities of domestic sports organizations and individual athletes, be able to represent their interests and analyze legal claims.
4. To critically evaluate and professionally apply the norms of legislation on the organization of management in the field of sports and physical education, provide legal support for state regulation in the field of sports and physical education, and analyze the legal risks of sports projects; monitor the legislation of relevant jurisdictions, including currency, tax, immigration, customs legislation, represent on behalf of the sports organization in the control and supervisory bodies with the purpose of legal control over the observance of the proceedings by the inspectors, the validity and correctness of the findings of the inspectors, registration of the results of the inspections and drafting documents.
5. Protect the interests of sports organizations, carry out legal support of their activities, represent interests in court (arbitration) of specialized bodies, carry out legal support of transactions; carry out legal analysis of contracts, accompany litigation and provide legal advice on sports law.
6. Represent the interests of athletes, provide legal support for their activities, represent interests in court (arbitration) of specialized bodies, carry out legal support of transactions; carry out legal analysis of contracts, accompany litigation and provide legal advice on sports law.
7. To draw up labor, insurance, agency and other contracts in the field of physical culture and sports, participate in conciliation proceedings, carry out and analyze contract work, verify the fulfillment of contract terms, represent on behalf of a party in state supervisory bodies, court (arbitration), and in the relationship of counterparties, to challenge the terms of the contracts and their non-performance.
8. To be guided in the rules on the control of sports organizations and athletes, to resolve legal situations in matters of control, to represent the interests of the controlling or verifiable party, to carry out claim-related work, to advise and explain legal issues;
9. Understand and freely navigate the financial and tax legislation regarding sports organizations and athletes, resolve legal situations in matters of financing and taxation, carry out claim-related work, advise and explain financial, tax and legal issues;
10. To draw up constituent documents, to carry out legal support for the activities of domestic sports organizations, to represent the interests of the organization.
11. Focus on the requirements and standards for domestic and international competitions and other sports events, draw up applications and other supporting documents on their organization and conduct, monitor the legality and accuracy of the organization of events, represent the interests of athletes, sports organizations and event organizers and resolve legal issues.
12. Consider and resolve issues of legal responsibility in the field of sports under domestic and international law, analyze and legal classification of corpus delicti, carry out complaint work with counterparties, advise and clarify legal issues.
