Upon completion of this program, it is expected that undergraduates will be able to:
1. master the knowledge of organization of scientific research and innovative activities in higher education, use the methodology of scientific creativity, forms and methods of organizing research and innovation activities;
2. synthesize the planning and organization of individual stages of scientific research on the branches of legal science, the content and stages of research;
3. to apply the studied theories in the analysis of modern and historical events in ensuring human rights and freedoms;
4. understand the mechanisms and factors of the development of constitutional legislation;
5. analyze the activities of government and be able to make optimal management decisions;
6. to critically evaluate and interpret the latest achievements of the theory of administrative law and, on this basis, to determine the specific features of administrative legal norms and develop mechanisms for their improvement;
7. to analyze the improvement and development of legislation in the field of protection of intellectual property rights;
8. demonstrate skills to apply lawfully in normative legal acts in specific areas of legal activity, implement the norms of substantive and procedural law in professional activity;
9. systematically understand and evaluate the world tendencies and dynamics of development of land legal relations, their theoretical and practical problems;
10. demonstrate the ability to identify, deter, disclose and investigate offenses and crimes;
11. formulate and justify specific proposals for improving the activities of criminal prosecution authorities;
12. Use the knowledge gained for the original development and application of ideas in the context of scientific research.
