Upon completion of this program, it is expected that undergraduates will be able to:
1. To conduct a comprehensive scientific and practical analysis of social policy in the field of sports, to ensure the implementation of these programs, to analyze the adopted legal acts for compliance with the implementation of these programs.
2. To analyze the effectiveness of the application of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of physical culture and sports, to make recommendations for improving efficiency and ensuring legality.
3. Consider legal situations arising in the process of sports activities, provide legal support for the organization and activities of sports organizations, be the official representative of sports organizations and associations;
4. Analyze and apply international treaties and agreements ratified by Kazakhstan in the field of sports, implement their principles and procedures, resolve legal situations governed by international agreements based on the principles of international sports legislation;
5. To assess legal risks in the process of implementing sports projects, to carry out measures to prevent and reduce them;
6. To analyze contracts and agreements, draw them up, ensure their implementation, advise in the field of contract sports law; To ensure the representation of athletes, to protect and represent their interests in any instances, including international ones.
7. Represent the interests of Kazakhstani sports organizations and associations in international organizations, courts and other instances
8. Understand and apply legislation on state control, control by international associations and medical organizations, be able to ensure the legality of control measures and the correctness of their execution;
9. To apply the norms of tax, financial, insurance and other legislation in representing the interests of the state, coaches, athletes, sports and physical education organizations;
10. To carry out research activities in the field of physical culture and sports law;
11. To provide a scientific basis for making management decisions in the field of sports and physical education;
12 Scientifically substantiate any changes in the field of sports and related branches of legislation, to ensure the adoption of science-based program documents
