1. analyze and use the historical and philosophical knowledge of the development of spiritual and moral education, the principles of the organization of scientific research, ways to achieve and build scientific knowledge in the field of self- cognition and humane pedagogy;
2. operate with the conceptual apparatus of the methodology, apply concepts, methodological approaches, principles and methods in humane pedagogy and self-cognition, plan and organize research in the field of spiritual and moral education and pedagogy;
3. analyze and apply the methods of positive psychology in professional activities, apply the basics of transcendental psychology, its tools in the spiritual and moral education;
4. by personal example to inspire students to secular spiritual and moral education on the basis of universal human values, creatively apply and develop innovative strategies and methods of teaching self- cognition for personal development;
5. design and implement the pedagogical process at the university based on the knowledge of didactics and the theory of higher education in the conditions of the credit system of education, search for new approaches and methods for effectively solving professional problems in the field of self- cognition and humane pedagogy;
6. to design general and individual educational programs in the field of spiritual and moral education of the individual, to carry out and analyze psychological and educational activities on counseling, promoting personal development and building harmonious relationships in the family and society;
7. design, analyze and evaluate educational programs of universities, structure the content of the disciplines of spiritual and moral education, in particular, humane pedagogy and self -cognition in a school, college and university; analyze and correct the processes of integrating self-cognition into the integral educational process of the school-college-university, contribute to the identification of the axiological potential of modern science, both in the humanities and in the natural sciences;
8. create a storytelling technology to identify the values of Truth, Love, Righteous Behavior, Peace, Non-Violence, creative strategies and technology training and education, including self- cognition lessons, to develop digital storytelling;
9. conduct consultations, professional interviews, trainings on the spiritual and moral development of the personality, the development of positive, discriminating and intuitive thinking, ethical competencies, emotional stability, etc.;
10. plan and implement interaction with parents (legal representatives) of students, analyze, compare and evaluate methods and techniques of ethnopedagogy, cultural characteristics and ethnic traditions in training and education, systematically evaluate the activities of the psychological and pedagogical services of educational organizations and improve them;
11. conduct research in the field of education, put forward new models, systems for development, and evaluate the results of scientific and pedagogical research using the approaches of modern science and put forward conclusions and suggestions for applied applications;
