1. to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of problems, approaches and trends that reflect the current state of the system of public administration and security, the field of their own research and professional practice;
2. to find original application of existing knowledge along with understanding how existing research and analysis methods are used to create and interpret new knowledge;
3. to have a systematic understanding that allows to critically evaluate modern scientific schools, scientific research and theories in the field of public administration and management;
4. to acquire methods, techniques and techniques that are applicable to their own research, to carry out critical analysis and interpret the results, to propose new hypotheses;
