1. synthesize sociological theories to interpret socio-economic phenomena, apply social measurement procedures using statistical methods and methodological techniques for obtaining empirical data on the state of socio-economic processes, use knowledge in the field of the regulatory framework to actively develop personnel strategy, assess the responsibilities of a manager related to staff;
2. plan and forecast changes in the labor potential of an organization, evaluate the current state of staffing, creatively apply scientific and methodological knowledge in professional activities in the field of personnel management, comprehensively analyze current problems of personnel management in an organization and the relationship of managing an organization as a whole and its personnel;
3. analyze behavior and performance, demonstrating increased competence in decision making, group leadership, oral and written communication, critical thinking, problem solving, planning and teamwork, assess the relationship between functions and operations in the field of personnel management and organizational strategies, structures and culture ;
4. develop models and strategies for effective management of social processes in various sectors of the economy, understand the specifics of social support for business projects; develop corporate social programs with technologies to increase the social responsibility of business;
5. use modern personnel management technologies and effectively implement in their professional activities, to form and maintain a comfortable moral and psychological climate in the organization and an effective organizational culture;
6. diagnose the features of the organizational behavior of people and groups in a modern organization, as well as to evaluate the work on the adaptation and improvement of organizational behavior in modern conditions, to simulate productive interaction with other people and organizations;
7. analyze the vertical and horizontal constructs of the organization, design key elements of the organization and self-organization, management activities in the analysis of a specific case, use the basic methods of analysis and conflict resolution, develop algorithms for managing conflicts that can prevent them at the pre-conflict stage;
8. identify and analyze trends in social development of organizations and personnel, diagnose and reduce social risks and dysfunctions in commercial organizations, design and predict social transformations in the business sector, develop corporate programs for social security of employees and addressing personnel policy objectives;
9. analyze sociological and socio-psychological problems of the functioning of organizations using theoretical approaches to the study of various aspects of the functioning of organizations, assess the importance of intercultural and intercultural leadership, as well as sensitivity to various social, ethical and diversity issues;
10. use the methods of social diagnostics and monitoring, technology design and forecasting of social processes in the business environment, taking into account potential risks, develop research projects for the formulation and solution of organizational and management tasks, including those located outside the immediate field of activity;
11. design a design of sociological studies of Kazakhstan markets using basic theoretical models, quantitative and qualitative methods for analyzing and forecasting modern social and economic processes;
12. collect, process, analyze and systematize information on the research topic, prepare a review, scientific report and scientific publications on topical issues of social and labor relations, apply basic methodological approaches to determining effective mechanisms for implementing social responsibility and sociology methods to analyze social and labor relationship.
