LO1. Conduct an experimental analysis of the historical phonetics, morphology, syntax of the Kazakh language, summarize the results and give conclusions with a description.
LO2. Make recommendations in the subject area of historical phonetics, historical lexicology, historical dialectology, etymology, as a result of applied philological research, using scientific linguistic methods of analyzing lexical units on the basis of deep systematic knowledge of historical lexicology, etymology and grammar of the Kazakh language.
LO3. Develop methods, principles, models in the field of philology, as a result of conducting fundamental theoretical research, evaluating patterns, theories, concepts and applied research in the field of linguotextology, phonetics, lexicology, grammar.
LO4 Compile philological dictionaries of various types using linguostatistical, comparative, and semantic methods of lexicography.
LO5. Provide scientific expert opinions on scientific projects, research works in the subject areas of historical phonetics, historical lexicology, historical grammar, historical lexicography, and the history of writing on the basis of modern philological methodology.
LO6. Manage academic institutions in the field of philology, developing research program strategies, organizing discussion platforms, forums and conferences, applying innovative, strategic management.
LO7. Present the results of research activities on current problems of philology in the form of scientific reports, abstracts, theses of articles, philological comments, publishing scientific developments in publications with a high citation index.
LO8. Form the linguistic consciousness of the Kazakh cultural community by conducting a structural, semantic analysis of Old Turkic written monuments on the basis of linguotextological studies.
LO9. Interpret the linguistic scientific heritage of Akhmet Baitursynov and Kudaibergen Zhubanov and other world studies in the field of linguistics for conducting modern applied research and presenting the history of Kazakh linguistics, dialectology and Turkology.
LO10. Form skills of interpretation of actual problems of the modern Kazakh alphabet and graphics, spelling and punctuation on the basis of the theory of writing.
LO11. Conduct educational classes in philology in higher educational institutions, using digital educational technologies, differentiated, student-centered approaches, problem-oriented teaching technologies.
LO12. Develop textbooks, teaching aids, educational and methodological support for courses on the culture of speech of the Kazakh language on the basis of digital technologies.

- Description: The purpose of the discipline is to develop the skills to analyze the linguistic features of Old Kazakh written monuments. The following issues will be considered: analysis of the lexical-semantic, phraseological, grammatical use of Turkic words in the texts of Old Kazakh written monuments; identification of the peculiarity of the use of borrowed words; determination of the continuity of lexical language units with the modern Kazakh language.

- Description: The main purpose of "PhD thesis writing and defence": of a doctoral dissertation is the formation of the doctoral students' ability to disclose the content of research work for the defense of the thesis.
During the study of course, doctoral student's should be competent in:
1. to substantiate the content of new scientifically grounded theoretical and experimental results that allow to solve a theoretical or applied problem or are a major achievement in the development of specific scientific directions;
2. explain the assessment of the completeness of the solutions to the tasks assigned, according to the specifics of the professional sphere of activity;
3. they can analyze alternative solutions for solving research and practical problems and assess the prospects for implementing these options;
4. apply the skills of writing scientific texts and presenting them in the form of scientific publications and presentations.
5. to plan and structure the scientific search, clearly highlight the research problem, develop a plan / program and methods for its study, formalize, in accordance with the requirements of the State Educational Establishment, the scientific and qualification work in the form of a thesis for a scientific degree Doctor of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) on specialty «8D07502 – Standardization and certification (by industry)».

The following questions will be considered: mastering the methods of comparative-historical, internal, external transformation, word-formation modeling, morphemic analysis; explanation of the variability, the fusional nature of the root morpheme, morphological, relict phenomena, etc. historical characteristics of the agglutinative process.

Within the framework of the discipline, axiological text forms are considered, which determine the composition of the axiosphere and contribute to the establishment of a hierarchy of values.
