Upon completion of this program, it is expected that students will be able to:
ON1. Understand the place and role of man and society, state and law, legality and legal order; show moral, human, humanistic qualities and integrity; demonstrate the ability to logical thinking, to the resolution of conflict situations, to moral and physical self-improvement;
ON2. Use IT; operate informational legal systems; systematize the sources and nature of information: collect, process, analyze, keep records and summarize materials to make legal decisions; keep electronic document circulation;
ON3. Understand, interpret and explain the norms of law, operating with legal concepts and categories; understand and apply the mechanism of providing legal order; classify, compare and analyze legal relations to make legal decisions;
ON4. Develop drafts of norms and normative legal acts; identify gaps in legislation and develop recommendations for its improvement on the basis of knowledge on legislative techniques;
ON5. Make up, execute, systematize normative legal acts and other documents in a professional environment based on the understanding and application of the principles and rules of legislative techniques;
ON6. Carry out all types of legal actions: draw up contracts, claims; give legal opinions, reviews; advise on various legal issues, provide legal assistance to the population;
ON7. Qualify offenses; identify, prevent, uncover and investigate crimes and other unlawful actions; determine jurisdiction; prevent offenses, identify and eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to their perpetration;
ON8. Produce an inquiry, set up operational investigative activities and investigative actions; carry out a preliminary investigation, establish the facts and circumstances of the crime, ensure the right to defense for the suspect and the accused;
ON9. Apply techno-criminalistic means and methods of investigating crimes, acquire methods of disclosing and investigating crimes; conduct an author's study, phototechnical, ballistic, phonoscopic, and other types of examinations;
ON10. Justify, make decisions and take actions within the limits of official duties (judicial, prosecutorial, investigative, notarial, managerial);
ON11. .negotiate, carry on interviews with the client, hold meetings, court sessions, interrogations, confrontations; acquire legal vocabulary, skills of judicial rhetoric, professional oratory and persuasion.
ON12. Follow Lawyer's Code of Honor; ensure legality and order, the security of the individual, society and the state, the transparency and protection of the rights and freedoms of the individual and citizen; apply the knowledge of the legal grounds of the professional environment.
