Al-Farabi Kazak National University and the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics of The School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo started joint project of nano-satellite (about 5kg) development for technology demonstration and Earth observation mission. The figure below shows the image of the inside of the satellite to be developed which is planned to be launched in 2014-2015.
