Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was visited by the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Karin and got acquainted with the activities of the higher educational institution.

The head of the university, Zhanseit Tuymebaev, dwelled on the work done last year and the progress of construction at the university.

The Secretary of State inspected the overhauled academic buildings and renovated classrooms. Yerlan Karin also got acquainted with the future plans of the university.

"In 2021, significant work was done at the university. Classrooms, laboratories and dormitories were updated and equipped with modern technology. Work to improve the infrastructure of a higher educational institution will continue this year," said the rector of the university.
