Galym Mutanov, Rector of KazNU, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech: «Today we have gathered to congratulate one of the most famous graduates of the University, Saule Doszhan, on the publication of new books. While studying at the university, she published poems in poetry collections of young poets «Audience», «Nine Keys», «Karlygash» and became a laureate of the «Zhiger» festival. She started her career in the newspaper «Socialistik Kazakhstan (Egemen Kazakhstan)» and on Kazakh radio. Saule Doszhan for many years held high positions, was an executive officer of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. No matter what team she worked in, she has always been and remains a person of integrity, high moral character and awareness of her responsibility to the country. Many of Saule Magazbekovna's works leave a deep trace in her soul and memory, and they are certainly worthy of recognition and appreciation by readers».
