On February 20, 2020, at 17:00 pm, the Day of the Department of Print and Electronic Media was held in the Assembly Hall of the Student House # 15 of the Journalism Faculty.

During the event, the students held a flash mob on Al-Farabi's philosophical aphorisms, concerning education, learning and upbringing.

The younger generation unanimously responded to Al-Farabi's «Virtue Society» movement.

Students became acquainted with valuable editions of Al-Farabi's writings. At a round table, in a warm, friendly atmosphere, students read verses of Kazakh and Persian poets, discussed what they read, expressed opinions on Al-Farabi's treatises on science, education, ethics and upbringing.
